Dr. David Katamba

Dr. David Katamba, an Associate Professor at Makerere University Business School (MUBS), specializes in Corporate Sustainability & Social Responsibility (CSR).

With over 15 years of experience, he initiated the United Nations Global Compact Network in Uganda in 2009 and is the founding Chairman of the Uganda Chapter for Corporate Social Responsibility Initiatives Ltd (UCCSRI).

A certified CSR advisor and trainer, he has worked with the International Business Leaders Forum (IBLF) and the Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN). He currently coordinates the €1,000,000 EU Erasmus+ funded project, “ICT-4MRPQ” and has led other significant projects like the AGRI-QUEST and CapSEM.

Dr. Katamba is the Treasurer of the LEU Board.
